- Level-I IT support to end user – Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques for hardware and software related issues
- Overseeing activities performed by data entry staff
- Ensure strict compliance of operation procedures in all activities
- Providing assistance in Data Processing related activities
- Email correspondence with Internal & External users
- Must have knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques pertaining to hardware and software issues
