• Setting goals and developing plans for donation growth.

• Developing strategies to meet those goals understanding on the basis of organization’s strength.

• Training staff with respect to the development and latest expansion plans.

• Research & visit the market for identifying new donation opportunities.

• Build networks to acquire more alliances on a big scale.

• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.

• Working with management to identify and manage risks that might prevent growth.

• Identify opportunities for donation growth and create marketing strategies.

• Maintaining record of project’s activity and to submit daily, weekly, monthly & yearly reports.

• Making presentations with respect to the different scenarios.

• Identifying target groups/markets and profiling them under A, B & C categories.

• Modulating operational procedures for new spots.

• Competitive / Market Analysis.

• To travel & stay in different cities as per work requirement.

• Any other work assigned by management.
