JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting in preparation of annual preventive maintenance schedule for the electrical maintenance of all types of machines.
- Responsible to get approve the work requests of departments from his in-charge and manage the creation of work order against the work request and execute the work after completion update in the oracle system.
- Responsible to allocate jobs to supervisors/ wiremen & helpers as per status.
- Development of machines parts, in-house or out of factory.
- Responsible to manage different electric works on machines and projects.
- Implement and follow periodic and preventive maintenance schedule and safety precautions.
- Ensures that staff is aware of shutting off respective LT panels and Compressor connections and operating hydrant pump at the time of emergency.
- Responsible for monitoring the effective electrical operation of Hydrant Pump, Generator, Compressor and points etc.
- Responsible to implement and maintain 7-S program in the department
- Perform any tasks assigned by departmental head/Management.
- Effective participation in Obeya.
- Full contribution in implementing departmental & company’s vision.
