JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Call Rate Reduction:
Develop a system to reduce market faults by their root cause analysis, based on 4M analysis techniques. Also develop a system to forecast the expected faults %age in upcoming months (No need to mention that on reduction basis)
- External Cost Reduction:
Emphasis must be given on faults that cost more in market so that they can be reduced. It consists of fault analysis, faulty parts analysis, corrective action taken at factory end & at part supplier end in order to eliminate fault or to enhance part Quality, durability & Reliability.
- CPK enhancement:
Directly linked with Internal (Factory) faults Reduction. It requires strong actions by reviewing faults based on 4M analysis techniques. Proactive approach require to eliminate the occurrence of faults
- Up gradation & Development:
Develop a continuous improving environment based on initiatives to upgrade Tools, Jigs, Standards, skills etc in order to reduce Faults (Internal/External), Rework, Cost & time.
- Implementation of Total Quality Management:
Ensuring implementation of Quality working & strict compliance with Quality standards
