Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire recruitment process including posting, sourcing and screening.
  • Ensure effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs.
  • Conduct initial interviews of the candidates and coordinate with departmental heads for further interviews.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to attract right candidates including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
  • Salary negotiation keeping in view internal equity and market.
  • Formulate and execute on-campus recruitment drives.
  • Develop action plans to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Determine successful and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers.
  • Maintain resource pipeline
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to develop talent profiles and recruitment needs
