Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire recruitment process including posting, sourcing and screening.
- Ensure effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs.
- Conduct initial interviews of the candidates and coordinate with departmental heads for further interviews.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to attract right candidates including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
- Salary negotiation keeping in view internal equity and market.
- Formulate and execute on-campus recruitment drives.
- Develop action plans to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Determine successful and innovative sourcing strategies
- Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers.
- Maintain resource pipeline
- Coordinate with departmental heads to develop talent profiles and recruitment needs
