Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a FRONT DESK OFFICER to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests.
Answer questions and address complaints.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages etc.
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and files.
Oversee the office budge

Education & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years prior experience as a FRONT DESK OFFICER preferably in real estate industry.
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu
Understanding and speaking in Pashto language will be considered an advantage in candidate profile).
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
