1- Responsible for Kiln operation, inspection, maintenance, and regional sanitation, ensuring that the kiln material quality meets the production quality standards, kiln operation process meets the technical standards, and responsible for sanitation standards of kiln area.

2- Having the ability to work with self-motivation and professionalism.

3- Having no fear of hardship, dirt and tiredness.

4- Having strong learning and understanding ability.

5- Familiar with the computer work process.

6- Be able to think quickly and work diligently.

7- Those who can speak Chinese or understand a little Chinese are preferred.

8- Having experience in other glass furnace companies, emphasis on furnace operation or furnace maintenance is preferred.
