We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple restaurant locations. The successful candidate will ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are consistently followed for all essential equipment, including kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. This role demands quick response to equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain seamless restaurant operations. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, monitoring utility usage, and recommending energy-saving initiatives. Accurate documentation and compliance with health and safety regulations are critical components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across various restaurant sites.
- Ensure strict adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime and operational disruptions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality maintenance services.
- Monitor utility consumption patterns and propose energy-saving measures to optimize operational costs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with applicable health and safety standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and manage maintenance teams effectively.
- Willingness to be on-call and travel to multiple branch locations as needed.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore. Candidates should be prepared to work across several sites and handle the fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of the restaurant industry.
