DERC is hiring an exceptional "Customer Service Executive" for it's Karachi office. As front-line support for our customers, your mission is to delight our customers by responding quickly and effectively to their questions and issues via live chat and email support. 

If you are customer-focused with excellent communication and listening skills, and you have a passion for helping people solve problems, while maintaining high customer satisfaction, we want to talk with you! 

Resposbilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries over the live chat or email about products/services
  • To go above and beyond for our customers to ensure they are delighted, first time every time
  • Understand our customers needs through excellent questioning and problem-solving skills
  • Continuously provide feedback and ideas on how to improve the customer experience we deliver

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience meeting customer service or customer satisfaction goals
  • Highly motivated, focused, passionate about connecting to the customer
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret information making sound recommendations
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge of our products or services
