Develop and execute a comprehensive paid marketing plan that identifies and expands upon new key levers to growth.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition and retention across all channels.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search/display and social campaigns
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Develop and monitor the implementation of link building strategy
Work closely with the Product, SEO & Marketing team to meet the company goals

You should:

Be self-starter, multi-tasker, effective communicator and motivator that brings out the best in people.
Have solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Have proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Have analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to various PPC advertising problems and prioritize work.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
