To initiate indent as per requirement.
To provide stationery and allied items to various departments by request through store requisition form or stationery requisition form.
To provide required items in kitchen, and distribution, for charging to various cost centers.
To make all Gate Passes (Inward, outward, returnable, on-returnable) as per company policy and keep their record.
To allocate codes to all Fixed Assets and update their record in FAMS.
To ensure that inventory of store is kept as per Company policy.
To maintain minimum inventory level of all store items and raised indent as per requirement.
Maintain monthly reports of all gate passes.

Taking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:

Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy.
Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS standards) as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
