PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To establish/lead sales force and to propose/implement an effective business strategy for the cosmetic product-line of the company 

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Lead and manage activities for go-to-market strategy. Engage alongside in sales generating activities, business development, trade marketing, sales planning and operations, key accounts management, channel selection and business partner development.

2.Conduct thorough market research and develop analytics based upon the understanding of various market segments.

3.Deeply understand the cosmetic category business, and develop team that can perform in this category based upon issued sales and receivable targets.

4.Execute trade promotion strategy and assist the consultant in framing a focused channel strategy.

5.Propose and implement a short-term and long-term growth plan for cosmetic business of the company. 

6.Assist in product succession planning of the company. 

WORK DELIVERABLES

1.Achieve Sales Targets as Issued by the top Management.

2.Manage smoothly the accounts receivables as per the stipulated timelines.

3.Highlighting high potential wholesale agents, distributors and retailers nation-wide and engage in joint business planning with them.
