The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client and Project Manager.
The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.
The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements for the company
- Create and design websites, social media graphics, logo, product illustrations etc
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for projects as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- !!! Aim to invigorate designs that invoke emotion in people
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience working in an agency
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies
