Job Description
- Managing incoming calls, chats and emails
- Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails
- Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales
- Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time
- Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales
· Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
· Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations
· Must be flexible to work in shifts
· Excellent communication skills
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
- Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files
- Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer
- Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her job on time
- CSR should be fluent in English and Urdu as well
