This exciting opportunity is home-based and night shift only.

Night shift- 3 AM to 12 pm (Must have fluent English and accent)

A good and fixed salary package will be offered to the desired candidates around (30k to 80k ), However high incentive based around 3 to 5k per closed sale.

This job is purely for sales closer who has extensive experience in the arena of leads generation especially UK, US, AUS.

The targeted audience will be the Australian market (Real estates companies) where you need to win work from the property managers for the repairs of the heating and cooling system of their properties.

60%) The primary task will be COLD CALLING to the major real estate's companies to introduce with our company and rates try to win work from them and set up a meeting with directors.

30%) work will be COLD CALLING to Indian, Pakistani Nepali restaurants and groceries store owners to offer maintenance and repairs service of air conditioning and refrigeration units (no meeting required) just cold calling

You will have a large audience to target and present the variety of services that the Dgb has on offer.

You will need to perform the following duties as

Developing a sales strategy and populating the leads list
Contact potential clients and set appointments
Data entry and Jobs allocation for service technicians
Email handling

DGB ENTERPRISES PTY is a heating and cooling company who look after installation and repairs of heating and air conditioning appliances and looking for experience candidates with good communications skills and generate new sales

Candidates with the following skill set will be hired.

(Only Apply if you match this Criteria - Neutral or non-inflicted American accent and fluent English)

Training will be provided where ever necessary
Neutral or non-inflicted American accent
Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone.
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in lead generation and sales
Very generous base wage for the right candidate
Strong bonus structure
Ongoing training + support
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Experience in an international call centre required
Male and Female both can apply.
High performer with a track record of over-achievement.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
