PMO team lead must have 3-5 years of experience in the field of business operations, product management or project management.

Responsible for the overall project coordination, control, execution and process implementation while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals; they ensure that company's projects are efficiently managed and delivered within the constraints of time, quality and cost.

  • Support administering project management tool, ‘JIRA’
  • Manage, track and report on realization of risks benefits and progress towards delivery of final business outcome
  • Attend priorities, planning and scrum meetings
  • Support ongoing  PMO activities/tasks like timesheet reconciliation to match against priorities,  tracking issues and assigning them to relevant teams, contribute in preparing sprint retrospectives etc.
  • Coordinate in making of Annual and Quarter Review reports
  • Prepare presentations/walkthrough to end users/onshore team
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records
  • Timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process
  • Define & maintain implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle
  • Coordinate technical and project documentation
  • Attend/Conduct status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view
  • Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders with respect to project requirements, scope and essential  deliverables
  • Work with other PMO members to implement processes and improve process flow, so as to facilitate  project reporting, ensure transparency and task ownership amongst the team-members
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by Director PMO 
  • Compulsory to attend Information Security awareness trainings. 
  • Sign as having read and understood the Information Security Policy, Employee Handbook, Nondisclosure Agreement and the other client specific documents as required by the individual projects.
  • Acknowledge at least annually that have read and understood the information security policy and procedures.
  • Promptly report any unusual suspected or detected attempts to breach security to the Information Security Leadership.
  • Making sure that no one attempt to gain unauthorized access or attempt to access information outside of the normal access rights or outside of assigned job duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensure that only authorized and licensed software is loaded on computer systems.
  • Ensure that password sharing is strictly prohibited
  • Ensuring that an Individual is responsible for all actions undertaken using his/her User-ID.
