Responsibilities:
- Identify potential projects on Upwork that align with our company's expertise and services.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and project scope.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to win new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with Upwork's platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role.
- Proven expertise to fulfill designated benchmarks/targets before the deadline.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive and customized proposals.
- Experience in digital marketing, web development, or related fields is a plus.
