Job Brief: 

We are seeking SEO Specialist who will do SEO and make the content copywriting free in the research and execution of data-driven campaigns using advanced SEO and e-commerce best practices. Using Enterprise-level SEO tools, this individual will develop and implement scalable strategies that grow organic traffic, conversions, and revenue. The right candidate will possess advanced writing and analytical skills, acute business acumen, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize web content to send strong search relevancy signals to search engines
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Research top ranking SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials. 
  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
  • Write and edit engaging Copywrite free web content that satisfies the search intent of our readers
  • Analyze reports about Search Engine Optimization performance using a variety of Enterprise-level marketing platforms and tools. Keep track of website traffic on Google Analytics and Google Webmaster and maintain Weekly and Monthly SEO Traffic Reports.
  • Identify key SEO KPIs. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Day-to-day management of SEO tasks, projects, and initiatives. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Perform proper QA to ensure all website copy and assets meet quality standards
  • Organized / able to oversee multiple projects at one time.
  • Provide and manage SEO-driven content needs including keywords, structure recommendations, and more.
  • Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills Mandatory
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices. 
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices for eCommerce website
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • In-depth experience with relevant tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search console, NetInsight, SEMRush, WebTrends)
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Yandex, and Bing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver. 
  • Self-starter and big focus on continuous self-improvement and education

  • Degree in relevant quantitative fields.
