- Build new and maintain existing web-based applications
- MEAN / MERN stack
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, high quality, semantic, testable, and well-documented code
- Take part in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Good understanding of ORM and RDBMS (e.g. MySql, Postgres)
- Must have a good understanding of JSON, web API, RESTful APIs service
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS along with frameworks and libraries
- Source version control system (e.g. Git, BitBucket)
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- E-Commerce experience (Shopify, WordPress, Magento with customization plugins and themes in code) would be a plus
- Develop documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
