- Implementation of newly acquired projects in light of the proposed solution by the pre-sale team and time-lines commited to the clients.
- Ensure to device a project plan for technical implementation in coordination with Sales Account Manager, DWP Consulting Services and client's project team before starting the project.
- Coordinate with project management team for equipment deliveries to regional office for equipment testing and configuration testing.
- Project sign-off with client in coordination with sales team.
- Provide support to the clients who have signed networking SLAs with DWP.
- Conduct regular meetings with client's technology support team to address and resolve the support related issue proactively.
- Provide technical expertise or resources to consulting services for new or complex technology oriented propposals.
- Provide onsite technical expertise to accomplish network enhancements and improvement on assigned tasks.
- Provide onsite technical expertise to resolve the level 3 support issue efficiently and effectively.
