Job Description:
- Assist the manager in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions for the new hires
- Perform day-to-day HR operations including employees’ record in HRIS and hard files, Comps & Benefits administration, Confirmations and Transfers, Resignations, Clearance & Final Settlements and issuance of various HR letters etc.
- Assist in creating various HR reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a team.
- knowledge of HRIS is a plus
