The candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and controlling of the Internal Audit function throughout the Group.
- Work in close liaison with Head Of Internal Audit and CFO in the development of annual internal audit plan.
- Act as a liaison downward (Line manager, users, and internal audit team) and upward (Business units & internal audit HODs, CFO, COO) for the performance of internal audit activities and tasks.
- Attend periodic operational meetings of Business Divisions on behalf of the internal audit department.
- Attend periodic internal audit progress and performance review meetings with HOD internal audit and CFO.
- Supervise and control internal audit teams during the execution of the internal audit plan to ensure objective achievement.
- Compile and gather the necessary data, information, and documents to conduct satisfactorily internal audit activities.
- Visit business locations across Pakistan to carry out internal audit activities and tasks assigned.
- Prepare and discuss draft reports with HOD internal audit with findings of internal audit activities to finalize the internal audit report for onward submission to BU Heads/COO/ CFO for review and comments etc.
