We seek a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a customer Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads cold-calling, and your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the trucking and transportation industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers, while maximizing profitability.
- Provide post-sale support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Keep up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
