Prepare the technical report for the equipment, overhauling and budget reports.

Prepare documents for the issuance of material spares, lubricants etc., and intimate the stock position to the manager.

prepare the work order for the assigned maintenance task.

To ensure that the corrective maintenance and break down maintenance are been carried out when and where required as per the request and with best possible feasibility.

To prepare the plan and schedule for the preventive maintenance.

To supervise the preventive maintenance plan.

To coordinate with the maintenance team upon the maintenance activities being carried out.

To ensure that maintenance plan is being stringently followed by the maintenance team and to keep follow-up on the maintenance plan from the maintenance team.
