The resource on this position would be the first respondent to handle the query of the clients, interested in the Real Estate Projects of Dubai through calls and to check the potential of the leads, if it is so, then the Executive will forward that lead to our Dubai-Based Office for closing of the sale.
Responsibilities
- Handle the queries of the clients through calls
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Achieve assigned targets
- Filter the Potential Leads (Willingness & Ability to Buy)
- Forward Potential Leads to Sales Expert for Closing of Sale with proper details and description of the client.
Requirements
- Graduation
- Fresh to 2 Years Experience of Call Centers (USA / UK Campaigns)
- Expert in English Speaking & Fluency
- Good Communication and Convincing Skills
- Up to date with Real Estate Industry of Dubai (Preferably)
- Prior Experience of Telesales in Dubai (Preferably)

10:00 am to 7:00 pm
