Responsibilities:
- Aggressively sell allocated property to achieve sales targets.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Closing sales and leases on properties, managing existing accounts.
- Attend weekly sales report meetings with the management.
- Scheduling site visits and tours to potential clients.
- Keep records of sales productivity internally and externally.
- Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects.
- Coordinate with Marketing department to devise strategy to ensure online presence and lead generation.
- Report on sales activities to the manager.
- Represent Earthlink at Real Estate Events when required.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
