Job Description:
Human Resources Strategies:
- Bring in thinking on up-to-date HR practices to support creative solutions to current challenges of the Retail function.
- Develop recruitment strategies for the retail function.
Stakeholder Relationships:
- Partner with and be accountable for successful relationships with key stakeholders, appropriately leveraging solutions for human resources needs.
Talent Data Management:
- Ensure that talent data records are accurate and maintained, reflecting ongoing changes and appointments.
Human Capital Management:
- Assist in the management of human capital.
Work Environment Support:
- Assist in guiding day-to-day activities to support retail staff and help foster a harmonious work environment.
