We are a backoffice support office providing services to our international clients. We are currently looking for a right candidate to assist accountancy and related tasks for our US based client.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 Pst - 23:00 Pst. The role itself is temp but has potential to become permanent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete and manage day to day accountancy tasks ensuring daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met. Tasks would include but not limited to bank & cash reconciliations, expense analysis, data entry, audit expenses and other relevant areas.

Liaise with the clients directly.
Reporting to the manager/Partners about progress and any outstanding issues.
Develop and maintain good client relations.
Able to learn and willing to move to other tasks when required including covering staff Work from Backoffice, Bookkeeping to Accounts In their absence. The Person
Ideally proven bookkeeping/Accounts experience within an Accountancy practice environment.
Candidates with understanding of US accountancy and tax system would be preferable.
Analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proficiency in English language is a must
Self starter who can manage changing priorities in a demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ideally an accountancy professional qualification such as ACCA/CA Internee (Could also consider Graduates with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Audit/Accountancy
