Edge Technologies is looking for a professional and experienced HR manager.

An ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality with a bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources.
A much-focused person with solid networking skills.
Preferably with 3-4 Years of relevant experience in a similar industry or position at a senior level.

Skills:

Work directly with HODs Hire a potential team to fulfill the department's requirements. Introduction and training of new hires.
Should be able to shortlist potential candidates Conduct an initial interview.
Should have experience in hiring technical employees.
Should be able to hire candidates from the digital marketing, administration, accounts, and management department.
Design, develop and implement specific HR programs, including talent, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions·
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Maintain and update all HR policies and procedures promptly.
Oversee the company's Social Media and ensure smooth onboarding of employees.
