- A professionally qualified Civil Structure Engineer having solid experience in the design, construction and planning of Buildings and infrastructure works
- Review structure drawings & design during the design stage of the project through the required safe models & ETAB models as to ensure that the design structure is safe in all aspects & incorporation with the Soil reports resulted tests & recommendations.
- Prepare structure design details & specifications during the design stage that will be required for structure design drawings during the Detailed Design & tender packages preparations.
- Qualified to create & review Civil / Structure B.O.Q items.
- Make sure that all the construction works are as per Specifications and Construction Drawings.
- Communication with the Client and Design Consultants.
- Documenting & Reporting on Construction activities Overseeing the construction process and quality.
- Review Project’s Specifications and design.
- Meeting with Client & Consultant for discussing and finalizing technical aspects or any changes in design as per actual site conditions.
- Manage Architectural and Structural design Coordination with Clients.
- Do design of Structures as required by the Client
- Prepare Engineering Estimates based on design
- Managing the development of Working drawings and Construction drawings
- Ensuring smooth running of the project for on time completion
- Coordination with subcontractors and giving execution plan as per site requirements
- Problem solving for any site related issues.
- Coordinate with different disciplines like MEP, Electrical department etc.
- Performs Calculation/Evaluation involved in the Structural Design of different Structures
- Preparing Design Reports, Codal Analysis.
- Very good knowledge of international codes like ACI, IBC/UBC, ASCE, AISC etc.
- Well versed & inexperience for the use of software's like ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, MS Office etc.
- Exposed to local as well as international projects.
- To be Registered as a member of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) & in a good knowledge for the international standards of structure design basis & specifications.
