- Lead generation and followups of existing clients of textile machine spares by direct calling or meetings
- Meeting customer, explain concept, understand current bills and calculation.
- Collection of order, payment and all customer co-ordination
- Closure of order
- Monthly re-conciliation of customer bills and credit they received
- Helping and guiding customer for product selection
- Competition mapping and monitoring
- Regular visits of different clinet's factories and reconciliation of all customer account
- Customer dispute resolution
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on time
