Develop complete and in-depth understanding of assigned Business Unit through R&D, Training Portals, In-house and Principal conducted training and webinars etc.
Demonstrate and present products and solutions to internal sales teams as well as customers when needed.
Handling inward sales queries in liaison with Sales and Technical staff, promoting sales of products and services to new/existing accounts.
The successful candidate will handle sales of products and/or services and will have strong interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.
Scheduled visits to market for developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
Be responsible for installation and effective presentation/display of product/solutions in assigned BU in offices / display centers.
Handle incoming sales inquiries in liaison with commercial operations, finance and logistics team.
Develops and maintains documents and proposals for participation in bids/tenders.
Complete client follow-up from quotations to receivables recovery
Coordination with commercial and operations team for sales documentation
Keeping track of deliverables receivables, earnest deposits and/or retention amounts with clients
General Administration of related operations.
Follow-up of Outstanding Payments
To prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to internal teams, customers and prospective customers.
To ensure best customer experience in pre-sales and after-sales to assigned accounts
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Accompany the installation team to the initial job start to ensure the customer requirements are confirmed and are understood by the installation team.
Obtain after sales feedback/follows-up from assigned accounts and maintain a rapport that will result in continual referrals.
Achieve product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
This job may require traveling/staying out station for short durations usually not exceeding three days a week.
Engineers interested to pursue their career in sales and marketing are eligible to apply.
Ideal Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
Candidates should have a willingness to understand and grow in system design and BoM formation for such systems.
Candidate must be registered or be eligible for registration with PEC (Pakistan engineering council)
Three months on-job training will be delivered to successful candidates in Rawalpindi/Lahore office
After successful training a one-year job contract will be awarded to trainees.
