Procurement for large Civil Projects/Highrise buildings.
Assessing project requirements and preparing procurement plans accordingly
Ensuring that the procurement plan is properly executed.
Searching for new vendors, vendor development and evaluation
Developing analytical comparisons between quotations of suppliers ensuring competitiveness, quality and timely purchase of goods, materials and services.
Improving the systems and documentation of the department for more effective results
Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of team members engaged in Supply Chain related duties.
Collaborate with staff and other departments and Senior Management to share information about the purchase of specialized items.
Develop periodical plans for timely procurement of general and specialized items especially those with lead time.
preparing an analysis of budgets and the actual cost of purchases and submission to Management
Keeping an eye on market trends and capturing opportunities for the best benefit of the Company
