- To identify the customer’s needs for the preparation of a comprehensive proposal.
- To coordinate with Design Department for pre-design against customer’s needs.
- To prepare the BOQ against the customer’s needs.
- To get material rates from procurement department as well as from market (Local & International), if required
- To coordinate with the customer through the Business Development department regarding due clarifications, requirements, and other inquiry-related matters.
- To prepare Techno-Commercial Proposal in accordance with requirements of customer.
