Physically Inbound and outbound activities counter verifying
Cycle count
- Wall to wall stock count on weekly basis.
- Empty location verifying for accurate inbound
- Physically verifying aging reports
- Annual, Internal and external Audits follow up
- Takes physical inventories on a regular basis, in accordance with company policy, to verify
- Inventory records and correct discrepancies
- Monitoring all warehouse operation according to quality of stock (empty pallets, vehicles, locations etc.)
- Follow up expired, quarantine and damage stock.
- GRN exception follow up
- Complaints follow up
- Maintain reports keeping in view internal and external audit
- Items received and original purchase order.
- Inspects items according to instructions
- Ensure Getting IGP No. and offloading Plan
- Ensure Scanning of pallet and receiving stock in the system
- Ensure barcode are pasting on the cartons is correct
Ensure required pallet are wrapped well
- Reporting of any short / excess / interchange /damage / expire or near expiry items received
- Quality assurance, proper put away after offloading and dispatch.
- Quality check of stock, identify discrepancies in stock, bin cards checking
- Coordination with business process officer to rectify the discrepancies
- Daily stock check
- Ensure shift reports
