Meeting the stakeholders for project planning, designing, execution, implementation, quality checks and client communication for project discussions.
Communicating and getting the tasks done from the internal teams which includes Design, Developers, Customer services and Digital Media Team.
Ensure to complete the projects and convert them into success stories.
Ensure to utilize the resources to their max.
Being an amazing people’s manager keep the teams motivated and intact for the best outcomes.
Budget forecasting and projections and ensuring to complete the projects within the allocated budgets and time
Communicating with all the EIC, ESD and Internal Project clients.
Provide necessary updates & regular reporting of all the projects to the management and the clients.
Providing assistance to boot camp students related to Amazon if required on need basis
Suggest and implement PM tools for overall productivity and efficiency.
Create (Project Management tool) tasks of the team and getting it completed on time.
Provide all necessary reporting related to the task completion and its management to the top management.
Coordinate with the Ambassador’s / Consultant’s in order to get their task completed on time related to design, developers and content writing teams.
Periodic reports presentation to the top management using project management tool.
