Job Summary
- As a Customer Relation officer (CRO), you'll ask questions, collect data, and gather facts and opinions for the company.
- The survey questionnaire will be conducted through an App on the tablet.
- Your duties include asking for specific information from customers and adding observation details in the app.
- Giving daily reports to the Project Manager regarding on the ground information.
- Other duties assigned by management for customer research, which may include calling customers for more information regarding their complaint.
Responsibilities:
1. Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information. Observe customer complaints and record information in the software
2. Assist customers in filling out questionnaires
3. Explain survey to interviewees and interpret survey questions to help interviewees' comprehension
4. Meet with the supervisor daily to discuss progress
5. Report daily feedback collection stats to supervisor
6. Complete daily checklist
Skills and Requirements:
1. Well-spoken in English and Urdu
2. Willing to work weekends (6 days a week)
3. Confident in approaching and interacting with customers
4. Skill in interviewing techniques.
5. Skill in both verbal and written communication
6. Keen eye for customer problems and ask relevant questions
