• Manage QA/QC team / labs.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Manage QA/QC matters and ensure work execution (civil / structrual) as per design, drawings and technical specification.
• Ensure quality of Infrastructure and Earthwork.
• Ensure quality of construction material.
• Inspect sites and ensures activity as per approved method and material.
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest improvement
• Prepare and present reports to Management
