Sr. Placement Specialist (IT Bench Sales) - Remote(WFH)

Job description

We are looking for Senior Placement Specialist with 6+ years of sales experience in IT Bench Sales, BPO and/or Tech Consulting to fill an immediate Inside Sales role. This position is a corporate position with high growth potential. This position entails placing our technical consultants on various IT projects throughout the UK region. You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.

Must be very fluent speaking English!

Location: Remote - Work from home

US/UK Based Work Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM BST(British Time) /8 AM to 5 PM EST

Key Requirements

Must have a strong background in sales, preferably in Tech Bench Sales!
Sales must be in your DNA
Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work
Must be reliable and commit to working a regular work schedule
Must be an extrovert and have a charismatic personality
Ability to relate to all types of people and understand their core-needs
Must be computer literate and know how to use MS Office and corporate email
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of consultant's skill sets and how they fit vendor project needs
Make at least 80-100 calls to various companies regarding their staffing needs
Experienced leading a sales team
Achieve and reach the desired goals given by the company per day, week and month
Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between respective departments
Ensure that each account given is up to date and accurate
Ability to arrive to work promptly and do whatever it takes to get the job done
