Scope

This role is responsible for the development of Customer Relationship Management solutions using Salesforce and other database tools.
The Graduate Developer will work as part of a broader team preparing user requirements, process maps, solution designs, and functional specifications as well as coding to deliver customer solutions.
Written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of project documentation, are required as will the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
While working for the senior developer in the Operations and Delivery function, there will be frequent interactions with other Ennovative developers, architects, and testers.
There will also be opportunities to develop relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners and clients.

Knowledge Requirements:

Coding skills - javascript and CRM/Salesforce database knowledge
Understanding of CRM and process workflows
Communication skills and the ability to understand technical documents including business requirements
Understanding of software development life-cycle
Knowledge of Application Architecture patterns and practices
Experience in the Microsoft Application stacks and development of modern web apps
