- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Independently manage payroll functions.
- Oversee the company's appraisal system and conduct appraisal meetings.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance aspects such as attendance and sick leave.
- Assess training needs and design and implement relevant programs.
- Handle disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
- Establish and review pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.
- Stay well-versed in Pakistan's employment law legislation and liaise with government institutions like PESSI, EOBI, and Social Securities.
