PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESULTS:

· Analyzing all the documented requirements of MIS and other relevant departments.

· Developing and continuous updating of all the relevant documents of MIS as per Audit standards.

· Effective Coordination with all of the relevant departments and stakeholders.

· Timely arrangement of raw data from all of the stakeholders.

· Designing of Training Materials for each task of MIS and Organizational Development workshops.

· Collection and transferring of all of the supporting documents to Audit Team in a timely manner.

· Arrangements for all of the meetings initiated by MIS department.

· Generating regular and AdHoc Reports for Management and other Stakeholders.

· Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

· Help design, document and maintain system processes.

· Performing Data Auditing for all of the raw data as per Audit and International Business Standards.

· Coordination with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems/issues.

· Detailed Analysis of multiple CRMs and Portals for bug fixation, user friendliness and efficient processing.

· Managing data security & privacy for the confidential data.

· Reporting of any bugs and incorrect data to the Reporting Manager.

· Timely Data processing on different Portals on regular basis.

· Ability to create new templates and process documents for the new reports.

· Designing of Process Manuals and Departmental Documentation for the tasks.

· Designing of Training Content for the training programs.

· Reporting of payroll related concerns and issues to MIS Manager
