From the last 19 years, Escorts Advanced Textiles Pvt Ltd, is the authorized converter of E.I DuPont™ Kevlar® and Nomex® products in Pakistan since. We manufacture engineered yarns and fabrics which provide protection against life-threatening hazards like Cut, Fire, Heat, Abrasion, and Electric Arc etc. These fabrics used in making Fire Fighting Suits and apparels, Protective Motorbike Denim, Anti-Cut gloves, Welding Gloves etc. Reputable organizations like MOL, ADNOC use our material in their work wear as-well as other manufacturers of life saving dresses. 

As a need of Time due to this pandemic situation, Escorts Advanced Textiles has taken initiative to produce safety apparels for medical and paramedic staff. For this purpose, we have introduced medical grade fabric in Pakistan “Sontara®”.

Vacancy:  

•      Minimum 5 years’ experience in Institutional sales of safety equipment especially safety apparels such as Firefighting suits, protective gloves/sleeves and coveralls

•      Preference will be given to candidates having HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) background

•      Computer Literacy is essential.

•      Excellent Communication and Networking Skills

•      Desire to meet new people and present the products features, advantages and benefit

•      Willingness to carry out field work and meet for product introduction and sales

Job Location: 

•Head office is in Lahore

•The candidate is required to regularly visit customers in other cities/locations

Major accountabilities:

•      Developing and Increasing market presence of Escorts Advanced Textiles in the field of finished products sales

•      Developing knowledge about the product line and suggesting potential products to capture the designated market share.

•      Increasing visibility of Escorts through participation/ advertising in relevant seminars, exhibitions, conferences.

•      Customer Contact. Deepen and broaden relationship with existing and new customers.

Exploring Market Potential:

•      Give regular feedback to Head office on Market intelligence. Articulate and implement appropriate strategies to maximize market sales.

•      Focus completely on market development for Safety apparels. Approach potential customers with solution driven mindset so that Escorts is positioned in the market as a solution provider in the field of safety apparels.

•      Develop New Product Range of safety apparels and customized solutions based on company’s technical products.

•      Stay up to-date on product pricing and delivery schedule. 

•      To work on any special assignment given by the company management.

Main competencies required in Assistant Sales and Application Managers.

1.      Command over the specialization subject and experience of publishing papers/ attending seminars etc. 

2.      Experience of working in team at a professional level 

3.      Computer Literacy. 

 

a.      Command over Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-point.

b.      Experience of working with Internal software in companies

4.      General Communication skills. 

a.      Are they good listeners?

b.      Speaking ability

c.       Email writing skills. 

d.      Command over English language. 

Networking and Social Relation development skills.
