Maintain a close liaison with all old and new clients in coordination with the B2B team.
Ensure that the invoice is generated and received by the client on time.
Frequently visit clients as per the schedule to ensure that the recovery targets are met.
Liaise with Finance Department for each payment receipt in order to avoid issues with payments or delinquency.
Make strong follow-ups with clients for recoveries and diligently reconcile payment records to avoid discrepancies.
Prepare monthly recovery summaries or statements and keep records updated at all times.
Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the Manager.
