We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior to Mid-Level Business Development Officer to help us in our overall sales efforts.
- The goal is to deliver effective sales strategies that will help our reputation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Generating Leads through freelance platforms (preferred Upwork) and local market
- Organise and support sales and marketing reporting
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services
- Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets, and or new products into new markets
- Manage and execute the brand image of the company
- Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs
- Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyse and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- Proven experience in freelance platforms and bidding will be preferred
- Experience in sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and writing communication skills in English
