Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients or customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Present and promote the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Make recommendations to improve products or services based on market feedback.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
- Use CRM software or tools for efficient data management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales plans and targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
