We are seeking a Truck Dispatcher and Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in truck dispatch sales and a deep understanding of the transportation industry. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure the best deals with carriers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new carriers and clients to expand business opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure competitive deals with carriers to ensure profitable operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and carriers for repeat business.
- Utilize dialers, CRM tools, and lead management systems to track and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in truck dispatch sales with a successful track record.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to close deals.
- Ability to convince carriers and clients for profitable agreements.
- Experience with CRM tools, dialers, and lead management platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
