Process all Food Invoices with GL distribution after appropriate documentation.
Process all Monthly Invoices with GL distribution after appropriate documentation.
Process all Garnishments with GL distribution after appropriate documentation.
Process all Expense Reports with GL distribution after appropriate documentation and approval.
Process check requests
Match invoices to checks for food invoices.
Respond to all vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Assist in month end closing
Assist with other projects as needed
