1. Conduct customer satisfaction survey calls to each customer to know their purchase experience.
2. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
3. Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
4. Record all complaints in ERP and master sheet.
5. Acknowledge and confirm customer's complaint.
6. Prepare reports on monthly / quarterly basis for all pending / closed cases with Lead Time.
7. Ensure accurate data feeding of customers in ERP
8. After the resolution of serious complaint, contact customer and inquire his/her satisfaction level.
9. Identify opportunities to improve customer service and work with team members to implement new strategies and processes.
