Candidate should have excellent negotiation skills and be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines with excellent time management skills.

  • Candidate should know how to prepare detailed reports on target market like Total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable available market (SAM) for Power Sector projects and CPEC projects.

  • Should have ability to maintain database and contact details of all key personnel in Ministry of Energy, NTDC (CEO, GMs, CEs, Dy Directors and Asst Directors) & PEPCO.

  • Candidate should know how to Identify and keep track of business opportunities (through PMS and sales staff) from Power plants market segment (all types including thermal, renewable, captive, etc).

  • Required strong communication skills for drafting and writing official letters to Public procurement Authorities, EDB, Ministry of Power, etc where and when required.

  • Constantly review performance and monitor work through PMS and close coordination with sales team on power sector projects.

  • Complete and holistic understanding of procedures/documentations required for tendering and EPC business activities.

  • Candidate will be preferred who have Distribution and Grid station experience.
